Legal Guidance In Family-Based Immigration

Many of the cases we handle at Roth Weinstein, LLC involve people who wish to petition for their family to join them in the United States as residents. We have experience petitioning for family members of our clients and helping them navigate through the complex family-based immigration process. We have attended hundreds of immigration interviews, and have personal hands-on experience in navigating the consular process in Nebraska and Iowa.

Our attorneys also have experience in dealing with issues that arise in the immigration process, such as criminal convictions or bars to admission. Minor things can cause problems with the immigration process — we have seen these minor problems turn into major problems. We have successfully dealt with them and helped our clients obtain lawful status.
